Chambers Realty has a superior selection of fine apartments and homes. We have a vast selection of units for your desired rent rate. Some of our property owners allow pets but rarely accept cats or large dogs.
Applicant Requirements:
Must have clean criminal background. Any roommate or additional occupant over 18 years old will have their background checked as well. Our renters are responsible law abiding citizens.
Must have fair credit. It does not have to be perfect but we do not rent to someone who has current evictions or a history of rarely honoring their debts on their report.
Proof of income. You must have one or more of the following to qualify: be on a job for 6 months and have current pay stubs, have income from the government, pensions or retirement accounts, or other current reliable sources of income. Section 8 accepted. We do not accept child support as a source of income. If you fail to qualify by income, on a case by case situation, we may rent to you if you can pay 3-6 months in advance.
Other references are required on application.
